The Rose Theatre is located on Kingston High Street in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames in London.

It was a purpose built theatre modelled on the original Elizabeth Rose Theatre on London’s Bankside. The theatre seats 822 around a wide, thrust stage.

The theatre building has three main floors which include a main auditorium, studio theatre and gallery. These are supported by cafe and bar areas across all floors.

The building ‘shell’ comprising of external walls, roof and concrete frame only, was constructed as part of the development of the adjacent apartment block. 

Project carried out under preceding practice name as BTH Consulting and our role of architect included building regulation and construction services for the complete internal fit-out including auditoriums, bars, communal areas and back of house.
