Principal Designer

To compliment our full range of architectural services we are also fully compliant to undertake the role of principal designer to aid the client in planning, managing and monitoring the pre-construction phase and co-ordinate matters relating to health and safety under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. This approach involves a commitment to managing construction projects to achieve the required standards for health and safety by all parties who can contribute to the avoidance, reduction and control of health and safety issues either related to site constraints, buildability, usability or maintainability of the end product.
